Magi-Land II Plans

Magi-Land 2 Plans

Ideas for the Future:
  • Brandon falls off his chair when he gets back to earth (Because he was reaching down to pick up the coin when he got to magi-Land)
  • Lord Coyote Bomsile is trying to build a machine to harness more magic
  • The sore that is on the back of Brandon's neck is a deathly illness that came from when the portal scratched his neck
  • Blair has a bad history with the lourdwarves (His wife or child was killed by them)
  • In a future book, Hal could maybe be the antagonist (Because he seems so power greedy)
  • Later in the book, Hal and Brandon are in a desperate situation and need to ask the Jemons for help
  • Ray betrays Hal and Brandon in the end. (he is working with Coyote)
  • At one point in the story, Brandon acquires too much power and begins to turn into the "something else"
  • When Brandon gets close to the big city or a concentration of magic, he feels magic running through him
  • The two spies travel to the top shelf of Tonalderr where the Anges live and see that the Anges live in a sort of utopian society

Possible future Scenes:
  •  There is a sleeping spell that is cast on Brandon and friends, but Brandon’s got a good tolerance to those types of things because he has to sit through so many boring lectures in class and is one of the only students that actually doesn’t fall asleep
  • There is a scene where Hal gives Brandon a job, but bases the whole plan off Brandon failing (because he thinks humans are weaker) so when Brandon doesn’t fail, his whole plan corrupts and everyone else gets caught. When Brandon comes to rescue them though, they get in an argument and are loud enough to alert the guards so that they are all caught in a dungeon or jail-like area
  • The bag that Blair gave to Brandon and Hal is a bag that they can only use if they are stuck or are in a very dire situation. When they are trapped in the Lourdwarf jail, they take out the bag. Before the bag helps them, it talks to them saying, "Are you really stuck? How do I know you're not just tricking me?" They eventually convince the bag that they are really stuck ("Oh, alright!") and the bag gives them the key to their cell
  • It would be cool if one of the sayings in the city is. “You’re looking as dressed up as a Jemon today!”
  • Someone says “A little bird told me…” And Brandon couldn’t tell if they were using figurative language or not.
  • There is a scene which is the second to final battle where Kandel comes back (Kandel had stormed off in fear of Brandon's heroic mission) from wherever he went in a cowardly rage. He comes back but gets killed at the moment he appears. At that moment, he saves Brandon/Hal’s life, but in the moment of his death, It seems like time freezes for Brandon and tears well in his eyes as he sees the sorrowful look on the lourdwarfs face. When Brandon says ‘I forgive you,’ time resumes.
Notes To Remeber While Writing:
  • It was very hot on earth at the time that Brandon left
  • There is only a certain amount of gentoridge power that can go around, and if the lourdwarfs use it along with the powerful anges, it will take away from previous uses for the power, such as the shelf separation… and more than just that
  • Google's suggestions for name calling in the story:
    • fool, halfwit, dunce, dolt, ignoramus, cretin, simpleton; ninny, nincompoop, chump, dimwit, dumbo, dummy, dum-dum, loon, dork, sap, blockhead, jughead, bonehead, knucklehead, fathead, butthead, numbskull, doofus, clod, dunderhead, ditz, lummox, knuckle-dragger, thickhead, meathead, meatball, wooden-head, airhead, pinhead, lamebrain, peabrain, birdbrain, mouth-breather, scissorbill, jerk, nerd, donkey, nitwit, schmuck, bozo, turkey, chowderhead, dingbat,
  • Hal seems to want/like magic
  • There used to be enough magic for anges and lourdwarfs to use together, but when Brandon took away a lot of the gentotrees and masses, it lowered the amount of magic to go around. Coyote was also upsetting the balance
  • Coloured Trees: P&B - Purple wood, Blue Leaves G&L - Yellow Wood, Green Leaves
  • The Anges were very annoyed with the Lourdwarfs. So, they gave magic to the lourdwarfs in exchange for lourdwarf children so that they could study the species. They also gave the lourdwarfs magic because they are greedy for it, and the anges know they will kill themselves or get hurt by using it
Thanks for reading! I'm sorry that I had to discontinue writing Magi-Land II, but If I did keep writing, the quality would have gone down. I was very fun to write this either way. :)
